Order Status
• Has my order shipped? We will notify you via e mail once the order is processed and dispatched.
• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? Please use our online contact form e mail our offices or telephone us on the number shown.
• How do I track my shipment? As a registered customer please login to your account to review your orders.
• My order never arrived. Please contact us so that we can investigate any shipping issues which may have occured.
• An item is missing from my shipment. Please contact us
• When will my backorder arrive? All back orders are tracked daily and you will be kept informed via your preferred method of contact.

My Account
• How do I create an account? Just click to "create an account" on our eCommerce home page.
• How do I edit my account information? Login and change your details.
• I forgot my password. Click "resend password" and enter your e mail address.

Shipping and Returns
• How much is my shipping? Small orders below £50 incur a delivery charge of £5.50 plus a small order handling fee of £5.00.
• When will my order ship? Why is there a delay? Stock updates daily and wel will keep you informed.
• What is your return policy? Unopened goods can be returned to us where upon inspection and confirmation a refund will be issued.
• I received the wrong product. Please contact us
• My order arrived damaged. We will happily replace any damaged item once received back at our offices and after inspection by PLS.

International Shipping
• Do you ship to my country? UK only at present.

Pricing and Billing
• What are my payment options? Account or credit card.
• Do I have to pay VAT tax? All our products are subject to VAT.
• I have a question on my charges. Please contact us
• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. We can send duplicate details to you as required.
• When will my credit appear on my account? This is subject to the payment method and is controlled by your credit card company.
• When will my credit card be charged? On your next statement.
